Synopsis

It's a double-sized blowout with three -- count 'em, three -- exciting, never-before-told tales of suspense from the pulse-pounding career of Captain America! First, the classic team of Mark Waid and Ron Garney unite for the last time to tell the story of Cap and Iron Man's first adventure together in "Iron Will"! Then, Waid joins forces with Dougie Braithwaite to conclude a heretofore never revealed story featuring the Shield Slinger versus a deadly foe of Spider-Man (it's the Chameleon) in "Double Danger"! And if that weren't enough, in "Come the Revolution!", we proudly present the first half of a two-part tale by Roger Stern and Ron Frenz starring the Revolutionary War-era Cap introduced by Jack Kirby in Captain America (1968 1st Series) #194! And to top it all off, there's a fabulous feature (written by Polly Watson) on the true first appearance of the super soldier in the modern Marvel Universe -- and here's some news: it didn't occur in Avengers (1963 1st Series) #4!
